Enjoy a unique experience at Ellis Cottage Historical Precinct. Come and enjoy this lovely early 1860’s farmhouse. It is one of only a few original buildings still remaining in the Diamond Valley, from the middle of the 19th century.
We are offering conducted tours of the cottage, numerous photos of the Diamond Valley and surrounding district for you to enjoy, a walk around our garden, and a Nillumbik Pioneer sculpture for you to view.
Tour and Devonshire Tea is $10 per person
Your group will have the exclusive use of our facilities. Parking is convenient and ample. We have a disabled toilet. Open fires and a wood heater will warm you on cool days.
We would especially like to offer a warm welcome to the senior members of our community, to share a couple of hours with us, enjoying Australia’s wonderful local history.
